Starlight Glimmer Wallpaper

Ever since I got a cricut for Christmas, I wanted to do a project with cut felt, and so I had the idea to make a present for huge Glimmy fan. There are plenty of pony wallpapers in this style, but I couldn't fine one for GlimGlam that was quiiiiite what I needed – so I did the sensible thing and spent all afternoon making a vector from scratch.

Since the intended recipient prefers GlimGlam's "reformed" mane, I used the iconic windswept screenshot from the end of Season 5 but changed the mane. If enough people request it I might do the original mane style as well.
